I’m Vladimir Chavkov, a senior DevOps engineer with 20+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and software delivery, plus 4 years specializing in SAP technologies including SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP HANA.
I built these training programs around what I’ve learned operating production systems at scale. The patterns here are the ones I’d wish I’d had documented earlier, the ones teams keep rediscovering the hard way.

Why train with me

Section titled “Real experience”I’ve spent 20+ years in production — deploying systems for companies like Bosch and SAP, implementing CI/CD at scale, and leading teams through cloud migrations that had no room for failure. Every course I teach draws from that experience. You’ll get patterns that work in the real world, including the edge cases the documentation doesn’t cover.
Hands-on learning
Section titled “Hands-on learning”Every module includes practical labs where you build real infrastructure. You’ll deploy applications, configure networks, and troubleshoot issues the same way you would in production — not in a sanitized demo environment.

Project-based learning

Direct access to me
Section titled “Direct access to me”During sessions, questions are answered in real time. After the training, implementation questions are still welcome. I also schedule follow-up consultations and update materials as the technology changes.
How team training works
Section titled “How team training works”I start with a needs assessment: your team’s current skills, what you’re building, and what gaps are worth addressing. From there I design the curriculum, schedule around your availability, and run the labs against scenarios relevant to your infrastructure. If certification prep is on the table, I work that into the structure too.
